Our payment processing for Mobelio is run through Bluesnap. You can change your payment details at any time.
Here is how you do it…
Firstly, when you first signed up to Mobelio, you will have been sent an email from Bluesnap with your payment account information.
You need to log in to your BlueSnap account to manage your payment details:
* Choose the link to Account Login under the Shopper heading.
* Enter your username
* If you have forgotten your password, click the “Forgot Password” button.
Please note: The temporary password may take a few minutes to become active in the system. If it does not work immediately, please wait a few minutes and try again.
* If you do not see the “Submit” button on the “Forgot Password” page, please try using a different internet browser such as Google Chrome or Firefox.
Once inside the system:
* Click the blue hyperlink that says ‘Change ‘ under the ‘Payment Method’ tab.
* Click ‘use a new card’ on the top right. Fill in your new credit card info and then click submit.
